Return Policy
Yarn Spinners
All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please read each product description carefully before placing an order. The customer is responsible for confirming that the product suits their intended use and preferences. For example:
- If purchasing a Yarn Spinner, please review the size, colors, and design details to ensure it suits your taste and preferences.
- 3D prints may have minor surface textures or layer lines that are part of the natural 3D printing process and not considered defects.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for compatibility, size, or color variation issues.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
Include photo proof of the following in your email:
- The outer packaging (shipping box)
- The inner packaging (how the item was packed)
- The damaged product itself
- Any visible damage on the box or wrapping
We cannot accept damage claims submitted after the 72-hour window — no exceptions.
Important: Even if the purchase is a gift for a later date, the buyer or recipient must inspect the package within this timeframe. Damage claims made after 72 hours cannot be processed, regardless of when the item is opened or given.
Depending on stock availability, a replacement or refund may be issued once the claim is approved.
