Processing Time

All of our items are made to order, meaning each piece is 3D-printed and finished just for you.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International Orders: Usually take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local carrier delays.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

As a small, family-run studio, we do our best to ensure every order is made and shipped as quickly as possible, with the care it deserves.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected automatically at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We cannot be responsible for lost packages or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed steps on how to submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping (Outside of US)

Once your order leaves our studio, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We encourage you to review your local customs policies before purchasing to avoid unexpected fees at delivery.
